In her time as a corporate foundation CEO, Vanessa assessed thousands of grant applications from charities and has delved deep into the operations of charities all over Australia to understand what makes a quality charity, how to ensure a charity is structuring and presenting itself in the best light and how a philanthropist can determine the best investment for impact.
As a fundraiser, Vanessa can advise charities how to improve their organisation’s efficiency to maximise social impact; how to communicate the value of an organisation’s important work for communities and how to connect with major donors and philanthropists to further the charity’s aims.
